Here for you. Here to lighten your load.

Welcome

I know the feeling…exhausted, on the edge of burnout, and drowning in a never-ending to-do list while still being so full of passion for the mission. As the Founder and Executive Director of a nonprofit, I wished for a trusted development partner—someone to strategize with, dream big, and take on the fundraising demands of running a successful non-profit.

I’ve been there and that’s why I founded Aspire Philanthropy—to help organizations like yours grow and thrive by cultivating fundraising opportunities and delivering real results.

Collaboration. Partnering with staff, board members, and volunteers to get the job done.
Consistency. Showing up, meeting deadlines, and executing with precision.
Communication. Keeping conversations clear, authentic, and timely for lasting success.

FAQs

  • A fractional fundraiser is a seasoned non-profit development professional who partners with organizations to implement fundraising strategies and drive results. Working in a part-time, contract-based capacity, they bring high-level expertise while integrating seamlessly into the team, providing hands-on support to execute fundraising plans effectively.

  • For fractional fundraising clients, I work on 12 month or 6 month contracts. I find that 12 month contracts are the most effective to really get the fundraising plan in place and implemented, yielding results.

For campaign or project clients, contracts are specific to the project scope and timeline.

  • Investing in your fundraising strategy, plan, and execution is never a question of timing—it’s always the right time. Just like a seed needs sunlight and water to grow, your organization’s impact depends on the resources you cultivate today. Without intentional fundraising efforts, growth isn’t just slow—it’s impossible.

Simply put, there are no programs, no staff, and no mission without revenue. A strong, sustainable fundraising strategy ensures your organization can thrive, serve its community, and make a lasting difference. The sooner you plant the seed, the sooner you’ll see it flourish.

“Maggie volunteered her time to plan, organize, and run our annual fundraising auction for The Cooperative Preschool, and I couldn’t be more impressed with her dedication. She was incredibly organized, attentive to every detail, and kept everything on track. Thanks to her hard work, we had one of our most successful auctions. I highly recommend Maggie Benedetti for any fundraising efforts. She truly goes above and beyond!”
